Evgeniia Lambrinaki holds an MA in Economics from the New Economic School in Russia. Her BA is in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

She has worked since September 2016 at Princeton University, as a research assistant in Princeton’s Department of Economics, as a lecturer in the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, and as project manager (2018-2022) and data manager (2018-present) for the digital humanities Princeton Ethiopian Miracles of Mary Project (PEMM), run by Princeton professor Wendy Laura Belcher. Before that, she taught microeconomic theory at the Princeton International School of Mathematics and Science; was a teaching assistant for courses in development economics and machine learning at the New Economic School; a research assistant at the Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy; and a laboratory assistant at the Semenov Institute of Chemical Physics.

As PEMM Project Manager, she filled multiple roles. First, she assisted in overseeing the day-to-day work of the data team; organizing communication among team members, including scheduling meetings; designing and implementing project workflows; tracking progress on project goals and outcomes; preparing project documentation; monitoring the budget; and performing acceptance testing on software features. Second, she worked on compiling, cleaning, and adding data for tens of thousands of Ethiopian miracle story records; participated in developing an online database for them; and analyzing the data. Third, she also handled logistics for annual board meetings, workshops, and talks, and cleaned up bibliographies. Meanwhile, as Data Manger, she continues to monitor the PEMM database and guide decision-making about the formatting and presentation of the data, including in the web application.

She has a broad range of digital humanities skills, with deep knowledge of STATA; LaTeX; Github; Sublime Text; and OpenRefine as well as MS Word and Excel, and Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets.

She lived in Princeton with her husband and baby daughter.
