Pak Hei Li is a Computer Science undergraduate at the University of St Andrews. His first encounter with programming in hackathons sparked his passion for software engineering. Outside his studies, he is a jazz pianist and has mastered multiple musical instruments. He is also an advocate of diversity and inclusion in engineering through coaching coding workshops and organising fundraising campaigns. Ultimately, he aspires to implement his knowledge in software engineering and machine learning to tackle real-world challenges and facilitate effective altruism. He assists PEMM’s full-stack developer Henok Alem in creating the PEMM web application, using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, NextJS, PostgreSQL, GitHub, and AWS.
