William Macomber (1921-2008) was the author of an unpublished catalog that was the source of the early stage of PEMM. To learn more about his contribution, see the PEMM Macomber page. He identified 643 miracles of Mary and gave each a title. He also noted published texts and translations of each (if they existed, non-EMML manuscripts, EMML manuscripts (up through about no. 3000), and the incipit (in transliteration, not Ethiopic script).
